What are your thoughts and words about now? "Metaphysical Causality"

The point of power is here and now — in our minds. And it doesn't matter how long our way of thinking has become negative, illness has come, relationships with others have deteriorated, finances have run out, self-hatred has appeared: it's never too late to start changes. Up to this point, our life and our experience were created by the thoughts that we kept in our head, as well as by the words that we constantly used. And yet, this thinking now belongs to the past, we have already overcome this milestone. Our current, momentary thoughts and words determine what our tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week, month, year, etc. will be like. The point of application of force is always in the present moment.

Now is when we begin to change our lives.

What a liberating thought!

We can start to part with the old nonsense. Right now. Even the smallest initial step can be decisive. In infancy, you were the embodiment of the purest joy and love. You were aware of your importance and felt like the center of the universe. You had so much courage, you demanded everything you wanted, and you openly expressed all your feelings. You loved your whole body, every part of it, including your own feces. You knew you were perfect. And this is the truth of your whole life. And everything else is memorized nonsense, in place of which new knowledge can always come. How often do we say: "That's the kind of person I am" or "It's like that, and there's nothing you can do about it." In reality, we are talking about what "seems to be true to ourselves." Usually, our beliefs are the opinions of other people, which we perceive and include in the system of our own ideas. If, say, we were taught in childhood that our world is a creepy place, then we will always believe everything that coincides with this opinion, and we will consider it the truth for ourselves. "Don't trust strangers", "don't leave the house at night", "people will deceive you", etc. On the other hand, if we were taught from childhood that the world is safe and full of joy, then our beliefs would be completely different: "Love is everywhere", "people are so kind", "money comes to me easily", etc.

Our beliefs are a reflection of our lives.

We very rarely doubt the truth of our beliefs. For example, I might ask myself: "Why do I believe that it is difficult for me to study? Is this really the case? Is this true of me at the moment? Where did I get this belief from? Do I believe this because a first-class teacher, or father, or someone else has repeatedly told me about it? Wouldn't it be better for me to stop believing in it?" Hold the thought that is currently in your head. What are you thinking about? If everything in your life depends on thoughts, would you like this thought to come true? And if there is anxiety and anger, pain and revenge in it, then what do you think, in what form will it come back to you again? If we want to live joyfully, then our thoughts must also be joyful. Whatever comes from us in the form of thoughts or words, it returns to us in the same form. Listen to your words. If you catch yourself expressing a thought for the third time, then write it down. This means that your thought has already become a template for you. Take a look at the list of recorded thoughts at the end of the week, and you will see to what extent your words correspond to the events of your life. Be ready to change your words and thoughts and observe how your life is changing. You can control your life by controlling the choice of words and thoughts. After all, no one uses your mind except you.

Way of thinking and way of life

Both everything good and everything bad in our life is a consequence of our way of thinking that affects what happens to us. We all have a lot of thoughts-stereotypes, thanks to which everything good and positive appears in life. And this pleases us. And stereotypes of negative thinking lead to unpleasant, harmful results, and they worry us. Our goal is to change life, get rid of everything painful and uncomfortable and become completely healthy. We have made sure that every influence on us corresponds to a certain stereotype of thinking, thanks to which this influence is preserved. Our stable stereotypes create our reality. It follows that by changing stereotypes, we are able to change reality. How delighted I was when I first came across the term "metaphysical causality". He describes the power of words and thoughts that create our reality. This new knowledge for me led to an understanding of the relationship between the nature of thinking, body parts and physical health problems. I realized that it was I, unwittingly, who caused this disease in myself, and this discovery changed my whole life. After that, my inner ability to blame life itself or other people for my spiritual and physical suffering disappeared. Now I could take full responsibility for my own health. Without reproaching or accusing myself of anything, I began to think about how I could avoid thoughts leading to mental or physical health disorders in the future. For example, I never understood why I repeatedly suffered from rigidity of the occipital muscles. I found that the neck symbolizes softness in the approach to problems, the desire to approach the solution of problems from different sides. I have always been extremely inflexible, often afraid to look at a controversial issue through the eyes of my opponent. By developing a more flexible mindset, I learned to treat other people's opinions with more love and understanding, and my neck completely stopped bothering me. And now, when I feel that my neck is starting to stiffen slightly, I immediately check whether my thoughts have become rigid and inflexible. To get rid of the disease forever, we must first get rid of its psychological cause. But since we often do not know what the reason is, it is difficult to determine where to start. And if you are already saying, "If only I could find out what the cause of this pain is!", then I will help give you the key to finding the causes and help in creating new patterns of thinking that strengthen the health of the body and spirit. I realized that there is a need for any of our ailments. Otherwise we wouldn't have it.

Symptoms are a purely external manifestation of the disease. We should go deep and destroy its psychological cause. That is why will and discipline are powerless here — they struggle only with the external manifestations of the disease. This is the same as plucking a weed without uprooting it. That's why before starting to work with the affirmations of new thinking, you should strengthen the desire to get rid of the need for smoking, headaches, excess weight and other similar things. If the need disappears, then the external manifestation disappears. Without the root, the plant dies.

The psychological causes that cause most of the body's ailments are pickiness, anger, resentment and guilt consciousness. If, for example, a person is engaged in criticism for a long time, then he often has diseases such as arthritis.

Anger causes ailments, from which the body boils, burns, becomes infected.

A long-held grudge decomposes, devours the body and, ultimately, leads to the formation of tumors and the development of cancers.

Guilt always makes you seek punishment and leads to pain. It is much easier to get rid of these negative thoughts-stereotypes even when we are healthy, than to try to eradicate them after the onset of the disease, when you are in a panic and there is already a threat to get under the surgeon's knife. There is a detailed list of psychological equivalents, which is useful as an index of probable thinking patterns that cause illness. In this list, there is a simple way to help in healing your body. If you need to understand, realize and work out the problem, I am ready to help you figure it out together and give you the tools for awareness and healing.
